DIAMOND DIRECT DISCOUNT PROGRAM
At the end of each year,
Ohio Willow Wood reviews the accounts of all our direct customers to determine
eligibility for the Diamond Direct Discount Program. Designed to reward U.S.-based
prosthetic service providers and custom fabrication facilities which purchase
directly from Ohio Willow Wood, the Diamond Direct Discount Program is quite
simple and involves five basic discount levels.
Each level of discount is determined primarily by the total amount of direct purchases for each billing address from the previous year. Direct customers who have already achieved a particular discount level are currently receiving the appropriate discount on orders for traditional prosthetic products. This discount program excludes custom fabrication work, OMEGA® Tracer®, and foam blanks. All direct customers will have their purchase history reviewed annually in preparation for applying discounts in the next year.
