- E-mail ordering can also be arranged by your Customer Care Associate
Effective September 3, 2009, the cut-off time for ordering standard stock products, including feet and prefabricated liners, is 1:00 p.m. (EST). All standard orders received before this time will ship the same day. All standard orders received after this time will ship the next business day. Special orders will continue to have a three day lead time.

We work very hard to make sure you have exactly what you need, when and
where you need it. With that in mind, these are your carrier choices for
making that happen:
- UPS
- FedEX
- U.S. Postal Service
- Motor Freight (your choice)
Our shipping guarantee to you is this: If we have received your complete domestic order for most products listed in our catalog before 1:00 p.m. (EST), we will ship that order the same day or shipping is free. Exceptions may be orders for Alpha® DESIGN Liners, Custom Fabrication, tools, or special order/non-stock products, which have 3-day lead times.
