Vision
It is a vision of Ohio Willow Wood to become the world’s leader in “leveling the playing field” between physically unchallenged people and all people who find themselves challenged due to limb loss or limb dysfunction.
Mission
It is the mission of Ohio Willow Wood to provide to the prosthetic and orthotic community products that the consumers find assist them in leading a functionally normal lifestyle, products that the consumers find more comfortable, and products that the consumers prefer.
Guiding Principles
- The well being of the ultimate consumer comes first. We exist to serve them. All other principles are pale by comparison.
- We are committed to providing the highest quality prosthetic and orthotic componentry through the use of the newest technology and materials. We labor to continuously improve existing product lines.
- We strive to assure that we are people who demonstrate integrity and honesty, people who are both impassioned and compassionate, and people who show love and respect for our fellow workers, for those who we teach, and for those who we treat.
- We understand that each of us plays some vital part in assuring that our mission is successful, and we understand that we must continually police ourselves to assure that we are contributing as best we can.
- We must always foster positive thinking, we must encourage innovation, and must initiate and accept beneficial change.
